FAQ

Question:

What are the causes of heart disease?

Answer:

Heart disease can be caused by an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, being overweight and smoking. Cardiovascular disease as well as other conditions which predispose you to the disease such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes or being overweight can also be hereditary. These conditions can, however, be managed in order to prevent heart disease.
