How long after an abdominoplasty can I exercise?

Answer:

It's okay to non-impact cardio, such as walking on a level surface, about two weeks after abdominoplasty. At four to six weeks, it's safe to resume low-impact cardio, such as workout out on an elliptical machine or cycling. Vigorous exercises and activities should not be undertaken until at least 6 weeks post-surgery.
