Question:

What is a facelift?

Answer:

A facelift is a cosmetic procedure that reduces the appearance of sagging in the middle of the face, folds and creases around the lower eyelids and furrows running from the corners of the nose to the mouth, loss of muscle tone in the lower face which leads to jowls and unwanted fat in the face. There are several different types of facelift, but most begin with an incision behind the ear, around the earlobe to the hairline at the back of the head.
