FAQ

Question:

What shall I expect after a facelift?

Answer:

Your incisions may be covered with bulky bandages to apply enough pressure to ensure minimized swelling and bruising. A small tube goes under the skin on the backside of one or both ears to drain out extra fluids or blood. In the first few days, you should elevate your head and take pain medications that your doctor prescribes. Avoid clothing that gets pulled over your head. Ask the doctor when you can get back to your usual activities.
