The hospital was very clean and all experience was very good but the only thing I didn't like is change the price of operation in late date

I picked up at the railway station and to the hotel , everything was ready for us and in the next day we went to the hospital, they explained what will happen by details, I stayed 4 days in the hospital the stuff of doctors and nurses was very friendly , high efficiency and patient , the hospital was very clean and all experience was very good The experience was very good and they understand when I changed the appointment, the reservation of hotel was good and everything was ready for us but the only thing I didn't like is change the price of operation in late date

From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! I was very pleased with Shaz and, therefore, with Qunomedical.

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 8th of July, 2017. From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! Marion, my driver was so sweet! He took us to see a village with three castles! Martin, a member of staff who was in charge of seeing that patients get where they are supposed to be and SO much more, was welcoming, friendly and did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of. Martyna was very kind and couldn't do enough to make everything more than okay for me. Their English is excellent which was very helpful. The nurses were lovely, friendly and helpful, too. The cardiologist was brilliant. An intelligent, beautiful lady that exuded intelligence and kindness. She was always there if needed. The surgeon was informative and put me at ease. He checked on me many times after the surgery. Philip is on the admin side of the clinic and answered all of my emails pre- and post-op so quickly and came and introduced himself to us before we left hospital. I can't fault this clinic. I was told aftercare is not limited to three or five years, they are available to us as long as we need them. I suppose the one thing I might suggest is go in cooler weather, July was HOT and no air conditioning!! Fom the first email, Shaz with Qunomedical was friendly, understanding and professional. He answered my emails extremely quickly. I was very pleased with Shaz and, therefore, with Qunomedical.

I would happily recommend Kardiolita to anyone, the standard of the facilities, care and understanding is equal or superior to anything I have encountered in the United Kingdom.

I have been extremely impressed by every part of my visit. The accommodation has been very comfortable the nursing staff have been extremely kind and friendly and extremely professional. All the doctors and specialists I have met have been excellent, extremely thorough and clearly possess a deep understanding of their fields of expertise. The language barrier has not been a problem with everyone showing an impressive command of the English language. I would happily recommend Kardiolita to anyone, the standard of the facilities, care and understanding is equal or superior to anything I have encountered in the United Kingdom. I would personally like to thank you for your excellent service, you have always responded quickly and clearly to all my questions. This made the decision to use Kardiolita and easy one for me.

I am happy that I made this decision. I will definitely use Qunomedical again.

Everything was excellent in terms of Cosmed/Vida Hospital, physicians, nurses and staff. To a great extent, the surgery, medical care and immediately thereafter was 1st class. Dr. Lopez and Dr. Ramirez are both excellent surgeons. Most importantly, my procedure and recovery have been extraordinary and I am very happy. There were only three minor issues that offer room for improvement. First,the place where we were taken (outside the Hospital) for X-rays (to assess if there was any leak in the VS) was subpar. We had to drive in considerable traffic to a very deteriorated location. The hospital should have the X-ray equipment in site. Second, the trip back to the US was extraordinarily long (2.5 - 3 hours). This long wait in the border could have been avoided if the Clinic had paid a fee to access the faster lane. Finally, somebody in the clinic could email or call to check if everything was ok and they didn't. I think a call or email to check and express concern and care would have been nice. Again, overall the experience was excellent and I am happy that I made this decision. Qunomedical was excellent. Sophie was super responsive, knowledgeable and very engaged throughout this journey. I will definitely use Qunomedical again!

The patient coordinator, the nurses, and doctors were great.

I liked Junomdical's (Sophie) responsiveness to my concerns. The whole experience was good. Patients from the States need to be aware that there is no compliance with HIPPA. Patients from the States need to be aware that the nurses do not check on you as often they do in the States. I would highly recommend that patients take their cell phone and charger with them, including the pre-op area so they can communicate with their travel companion. The staff, Sandra Casteneda the patient coordinator, the nurses, and doctors were great.

My experience was a great one

My experience with Qunomedical was a great one. Sophie from Qunomedical was wonderful and answered any questions I asked. She was fast with the responses and very helpful. At the Clinic the staff was really good. The only thing is the shower in the recovery room was dirty. Other than that the overall experience was a positive one.

The care of the doctors and nurses took my fears away

I recently underwent the Gastric Sleeve with Dr. Abril at Hispano. I thought long and hard about it. The hospital Hispano Americano and my patient coordinator Alexandra were amazing. It took my fears away. I don't regret it. The doctor showed up twice a day. He was very attentive and so was the nursing staff. They always checked in with me. Thanks Alexandra and team!
