To conclude, if someone I knew was very keen on having this procedure done, I'd not hesitate in recommending these guys to them :-)

This whole medical procedure abroad process was definitely made a s simple as possible from the outset. From the always-on-call super friendly, helpful and experienced care from my medical Health Manager (Emma - thanks), to the way things were organised. The organisation was simplified, advice given on travel arrangements, and stress taken out of travel to and from hotel to hospital and airport transfers helped lots. The hospital staff from translators to the doctors and nurses were also very helpful and friendly and were able to settle the nerves. My personal advice to anyone having this done would be to stay an extra few days post procedure and make use of the offer of the after care and washes etc. To conclude, if someone I knew was very keen on having this procedure done, I'd not hesitate in recommending these guys to them :-) As written in an earlier piece. Always being available is important. Continuing the help and support post procedure I think will reassure many people.

I went to LIV hospital for my procedure and the facilities were finished and maintained to a high standard similar to a private medical site in the U.K.

All transfers went relatively smoothly and as expected, the process from 1st consultation, to procedure was well communicated and conducted by a happy and friendly team. The translators assigned to you are very attentive if there is a language barrier, and the final checkup and after care run through is comprehensive. All staff involved in the procedure were very kind and attentive. I went to LIV hospital for my procedure and the facilities were finished and maintained to a high standard similar to a private medical site in the U.K. The Qunomedical account manager has also need very engaged through the process from initial enquiry to post procedure and travel back home.

There were several cases of confusion

1. There was confusion at the airport. I met LIV hospital driver at the agreed place but it transpired that I was put into the wrong car. As we drove away from the airport I received numerous texts from different individuals and eventually the position was sorted out. 2. All the pre-treatment paperwork refers to a highly qualified doctor carrying out the transplant but in reality you only see this person at the outset, and then again at the end (the following morning). Another 'trusted colleague' carries out the initial surgery and then a number of unknown juniors complete the transplanted follicles. For your information I complained about the offensive music being played but was ignored (possible language difficulties). The lyrics were extreme and unrepeatable in this feedback but I will be happy to expand if requested. More clairty about who is representing the hospital - I had contact from several people and upon arrival at the hospital there was no one to meet me (although as soon as I texted somebody quickly came). There was also confusion as to the amount of money I had to pay and I had to refer to earlier emails.

I am so pleased with the service!

Everything was great. The facilities were very impressive, the doctors and nurses were exceptional. The only thing to note was I was quoted EUR1700 but was charged in Turkish Lira so I got a large Fx fee on my account as my card has EUR’s loaded on it. It was excellent! I am so pleased with the service!

I am very pleased I made this choice to go with qunomedical and I would recommend them to others.

From the moment i booked my FUE treatment I was in good hands. Members of staff (emma) to answer any questions I had straight away as it is quite a big thing to do as you are going abroad and you never know. But I couldn't not fault anything all my transfers where all arranged for me and was included in my quote. The hospital was top quality and brand new the staff were all very polite and I cannot fault it one bit.I am now back home and if I still have any questions about after care my rep zafer or Emma can answer them for me. I am very pleased I made this choice to go with qunomedical and I would recommend them to others. Thankyou for all your help I was looked after very well and had no problems what so ever with all members of staff. The other thing I might recommend is to stay an extra night.

Instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Would highly recommend this company for any kind of cosmetic surgery. Instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything about the process was smooth and easy. Nothing. The experience was spot on.
