After graduating in medicine in 2009, Dr Cicek immediately studied further to specialise in otorhinolaryngology, which he completed in 2015 in Istanbul. He then built up his experience as an ENT doctor in various hospitals around Turkey before returning to Istanbul. By the time he started at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital in 2018, he had gained years of diverse knowledge, during which time he had also published multiple peer-reviewed articles, and presented many papers.
Dr Cicek’s dedicated attendance to conferences and courses is also very noteworthy. Since 2010, he has been to tens of hands-on sessions such as masterclass symposiums, head and neck cancer courses, and even cadaver dissection courses for endoscopic sinus and septorhinoplasty training.

Communication with Qunomedical was really professional. My manager was really friendly and compassionate. Everything was on time, transfers from Aiport to Hospitals and vice versa. The service at Hotel in which, I was staying was also very nice. But since they know many foreigners come here for surgery, they take full advantage of that. I mean, breakfast is worth 7 euros was included in my package. After surgery, since I was alone, I could not go to the breakfast room. I called them and said I need my breakfast in my room. They charged me 5 euros of service for worth 7 euros for breakfast. Other than that, everything was fair. Memorial Hospital was really clean and seems to be a very professional Hospital. On the first day, I had a consultation with Doctor Mehment. They provide me with a english translator. He was really friendly and gave me the details after an examination of my nose. I asked him if he can provide some simulation. He took my pictures and then showed me the results. after surgery, the staff was also really good and took good care of me. Antibiotics and other meds from time to time. Tips: 1- Before my surgery, I got scared and it might be your case. Believe me, it will be worth it in the end. 2- Don't get surprised if you are from Europe and find the staff a lit bit rude. I felt very terrible at first when they didn't even say hello in reception. Then the same thing happened at Burger King. So, it's normal. Europeans are just too formal =D 3- I was alone, and I would not suggest you to go alone. Conclusion: investing money through Quno really worth it. Everything will be done by them.
