Mit dem Eingriff bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Über den Ablauf muss ich mich leider beschweren. Bei soviel Auswahl an Krankenhäusern ist es [Qunomedical] die perfekte Lösung.

Mit dem Eingriff bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Über den Ablauf muss ich mich leider beschweren. Am Flughafen mussten wir warten. Als nächstes zum falschen Hotel gefahren worden. Also wenn es um den abhol/bringservice geht, dann war ich sehr unzufrieden. Beim Auschecken gab es auch Probleme. Der Flieger ging um 20:45 und im Krankenhaus wurde uns gesagt das wir theoretisch um 12:00 auschecken müssten. Nachdem ich denen erklärt habe dass ich net so Lust habe stundenlang in der Kälte rum zu stehen, haben die sich angeblich drum gekümmert. Im Endeffekt musste ich den halben Tag im Hotel aus eigener Tasche nochmal draufzahlen und das Hospital wusste komischerweise nichts mehr davon. Bei soviel Auswahl an Krankenhäusern ist es [Qunomedical] die perfekte Lösung. Die Zuverlässigkeit des Kontakts ist top. Wünschen würde ich mir nur eine Kontaktperson währenddessen die was zu melden hat bei den Jungs wo die OP stattfindet.

Pick up was smooth.... hotel lovely and comfortable.... the only issue I have is the miss information I was given before attending the trip. I was told they estimated between 4000-4200 grafts to cover my whole baldness... this was not the case and after paying and getting there after I had had my blood tests done the doctor explained due to my hair type(Afro) they couldn’t tell how many they would get.Could be anything 1000 -2000 3000 4000 so I had to take the risk and just hope they could get the maximum. They managed 3000 in the end but it will probably require a second operation in the future for another 1000-1500 to get the full coverage that I wanted and I really did not want to be doing this a second time. Think there was a misunderstanding when you applied for the quote with but the hospital as to what type of hair I had as the doctor told me it’s common knowledge that my type of hair it would be highly unlikely to get that amount of grafts that are not damaged in one sitting. The only other issue I have is having to leave the hotel so early and hang in the airport for 5 hours the day after surgery as the driver said we had to leave that early incase of traffic being it’s New Year’s Eve?? But the staff and organisations of everything else was 100%

Just few minor things that I have previously wrote that would make the process a lot smoother mainly the taxi service is a let down

When we arrived in Istanbul airport the driver was not at the agreed meeting point, we waited 10 minutes then I tried to text the Liv group on WhatsApp to ask for advice with no answer.... then the driver turned up... it was very daunting being in a foreign country with no direct connection to find out why the driver wasn’t there on time. The day of the transplant started very well with us being collected in the morning on time. The consultation was good and the hair Transplant was a great success.....the lunch was very good also. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and everyone was very professional and welcoming. My girlfriend got told she would get a message when I was nearly finished so she could come back to meet me but she never got a text until an hour later at this time I was waiting for the taxi to collect me but there was a delay and I was waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the taxi to take me back to the hotel The next day the taxi 15 minutes late again. We got to the hospital with no one greeting us and showing us where to go ....we asked around from the reception to the hair transplant area for around 20 minutes with no one there to explain what we had to do. A gentleman then came and directed us to the nurse to remove the bandages etc. Then we had to go into a full taxi in which I was sat in the front next to the driver in a tight spot for 45 minutes due to the taxi being full to the airport, the driver put our luggage in the other taxi which didn’t arrive at the airport for another 20 minutes behind us as our taxi driver was sat in a short drop off zone he was getting told by the police to move on but obviously didn’t want to leave as we hadn’t got our luggage yet Just few minor things that I have previously wrote that would make the process a lot smoother mainly the taxi service is a let down

Erst einmal möchte ich in einem ersten Satz nochmal erwähnen , da der Prozess bereits vor der Behandlung beginnt , Qunomedical einen außerordentlichen Service leistet !!

Erst einmal möchte ich in einem ersten Satz nochmal erwähnen , da der Prozess bereits vor der Behandlung beginnt , Qunomedical einen außerordentlichen Service leistet !! Ich bin eine Woche vor dem Eingriff nochmal angerufen worden , ob ich vor Reisebeginn und vor der Behandlung noch Klärungsbedarf haben würde !! Also hier wirklich ein 1A Service Die Abholung am Flughafen hat leider nicht so 100% geklappt , wie vorher darüber informiert sind wir (meine Frau , Tochter waren mit dabei , was für den Shuttle übrigens auch nie ein Problem darstellte ) zum Abholungspunkt Vodafone Shop gegangen . Der Fahrer war da schon nicht mehr vor Ort , da es mit der Passkontrolle und dem Gepäck etwas länger gedauert hat . Also dauerte es gut 1,5 h bis wir den Fahrer dann antrafen . Dies ist mit Kind und Kegel bei Kälte und Regen natürlich kein Optimalzustand, aber wir meckern auf hohem Niveau!! Am Ende hat der Fahrer uns gefunden und wir wurden in das Hotel gebracht !! Zum Hotel lässt sich nur sagen alles top , Sauberkeit Service und Personal wirklich 1A !! Das Frühstück ist für ein 5* Hotel ok , wie die Buffets in einem Hotel nunmal so sind Da wir erst Abends eintrafen gab es an dem Tag selber keine Voruntersuchung mehr . Wir sind dann am Behandlungstag selbst um 07:30 abgeholt worden Angekommen in der LIV Klinik , die wie auf den Bildern auch einen sehr professionellen und sauberen Eindruck vermittelt , ging es dann erstmal um das Administrative also die Bezahlung und die Personen Daten in erster Linie !! Auch hier wurde ich sehr gut betreut. Die Freundlichkeit der Koordinatoren und auch des Klinikpersonals war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich , kundenorientiert und hochprofessionell. Nach der Erstbesprechung mit Team und Dr. , der Haarlinie zeichnen und dem Rasieren begann dann der Eingriff !! In den ersten 2,5 h werden die Grafts aus dem Spenderbereich entnommen , die Spritzen und der Step1 selber sind alles andere als angenehm aber ich möchte nicht weiter auf die Schmerzen o.Ä. eingehen Man sollte sich dessen bewusst sein , dass der Eingriff auch etwas unangenehm sein kann und Schmerzen mit sich bringt , getreu dem Motto Augen zu und durch !! Danach gab es eine ca 45 minütige

Pause Anschließend stach der Dr. in Step 2 die Kanäle frei , und widerum danach in Step 3 werden die vorher entnommenenen Grafts verpflanzt !! Um ca 17:00 Uhr war ich mit dem Eingriff durch und bekam noch die nötigen Medikamente und eine Nachberatung vor Ort , wobei man nach einer 7-8 Stunden OP natürlich nicht mehr 100% aufnahmefähig ist. Alle Fragen und Unklarheiten lassen sich auch in den Folgetagen oder jederzeit auch per WhatsApp klären !! Auch in dem Punkt herrschte ein außerordentlich guter Service Ebenso hat so gut wie immer alles mit dem Shuttle also den Fahrern funktioniert!! Wie bereits oben erwähnt stellte es kein Problem dar , dass meine Frau und Kleinkind mit dabei waren . Am Folgetag fand dann noch das Entfernen des Verbandes am Hinterkopf statt Auch hier klappt alles wunderbar , und das obwohl es ein Sonntag war . Am 3. Tag folgte das 1. Waschen und die entsprechende Anleitung Insgesamt jetzt nach einer Woche nach dem Eingriff betrachtet , haben wir uns zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit professionell beraten , unterstützt und freundlich empfangen !! Ich kann die LiV Klinik und Qunomedical nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde Stand jetzt es jederzeit wiedermachen ungeachtet des Ergebnis , dass man erst nach ca 1 Jahr in voller Pracht sehen wird . Meine Erfahrung mit Qunomedical war wie bereits oben beschrieben , vom Erstkontakt bis heute von einem ausgezeichneten Service , einer Professionalität und Freundlichkeit geprägt !! Transfers to and from locations were great. The hotel was better than expected, food was great and cheap. The hospital was nicer than expected and staff were very friendly and warming. The treatment lasted around 6 hours and I was a little uncomfortable in my seat for most of it which would be the only negative comment I have on the whole experience. The aftercare was made very clear which was a relief also. I thought it was great how they [Qunomedical] didn’t try to rush me into a decision and let me decide in my own time. Scott was very friendly and answered anything I asked. They have been on the other end of the phone anytime I have needed them throughout the whole process.

Am Flughafen musste ich leider sehr lange warte.

Am Flughafen musste ich leider sehr lange warte. Ich wurde zwar relativ bald nach meiner Landung am vereinbarten Treffpunkt begrüßt, sollte mich dann aber gedulden und saß daraufhin 2 Stunden in einem Cafe, ohne zu wissen, wie und wann es weitergeht. Im Vorfeld noch anbieten, dass man auch 4 Tage bleiben kann, sodass die erste Haarwäsche in der Klinik gemacht werden kann. Ich wusste nicht, dass das auch möglich gewesen wäre.

The whole journey experience to Turkey at LIV hospital was fantastic. I was picked up at the airport in a nice Mercedes Vito and driven promptly to the excellent 5* Mercure plaza bosphorus Hotel. Chauffeur driven for each of the three days I attended the hospital. The staff at LIV were fantastic and I can't thank them enough. 10 days on at the time of writing this review I can see how excellent the result will be and the quality of the work performed. The facilities there are excellent and the operation day ran like clockwork. They managed to achieve a great number of grafts from my donor area and it took seven hours to complete. Dr Mehmet and his staff were very professional. I would like to thank Justyna here at qunomedical for all her hard work and guidance. She really gave me the confidence needed to make the final decision to proceed with the treatment. Excellent experience thanks to Justyna.
