About Dr. Erhun Eyuboglu
Dr. Ehrun Eyuboglu is an acclaimed general surgeon with over 40 years of experience. He has spent this working in hospital facilities, over which he has specialised in bariatric procedures and gastroenterology. Over this time he has honed his abilities in various surgical methods, such as laparoscopy and microsurgery.
He is also academically active, having gained an associate professorship at Cerrahpasa University where he teaches general surgery; in time this progessed to a full professorship, and today his duties also include being a senator in the university's senate, the Faculty of Medicine's dean, and head of the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences.
Dr. Eyuboglu has also spent time abroad in order to further his knowledge, including residencies in the Johns Hopkins University and St. Agnes Hospitals in Baltimore, USA. He was also at Tübingen University Hospital in Germany, to study transanal endoscopic microsurgery.
