Between 1994 and 2000, Dr Yildirim studied medicine in Budapest, Hungary and Erlangen, Germany. After graduating, he immediately undertook specialised training in two different clinics in Germany, which saw him qualify as a general surgeon in 2006. He spent subsequent years building his skills in this discipline before eventually founding his own practice, which he continues to run to this day.
