The hospital was very modern and spotless! Overall it was a very good experience.
I was picked up from Istanbul airport and taken straight to the hospital for a blood test, the hospital was very modern and spotless! I was met by Uygar who explained everything to me and stayed with me during the blood test before showing me to my hotel. The day of the procedure went as planned, again Uygar was on hand if I needed everything. After the procedure I was given a meal and medical advice along with the medication I would need. The next day I was back at the hospital to be shown how to clean and treat my hair after the operation. Overall it was a very good experience. Julia from Qunomedical was very helpful and there was no pressure to book anything or be pushed into a certain type of procedure, ultimately thats why I decided to go with Qunomedical. The only recommendation I would give is that potential patients are given a full explanation of what to expect during the procedure and the potential side effects.
