Amazing service and great work from A to Z!
Just came back from my FUE hair Transplant at MD Medmix [former workplace of Dr. Maciej Borejsza]. Amazing service and great work from A to Z! I'm gonna start with Qunomedical. I’ve been in contact with Julia all the way through! I've been asking loads of questions. She was always there to answer my enquires usually within just few hours! The only thing I would say is that I wished that Qunomedical would send through a "Do's and Don't" information sheet for FUE Hair Transplant as I had to do quite a lot of research. I’ve booked “Hotel Sahara” which was about less than 10 minutes’ drive from the clinic. We arrived on a Sunday then had the whole day on Monday as it was Easter Monday in Poland. The Hotel itself was very good and very. Came Tuesday and I was very nervous to say the least. Myself and my partner got picked up at 7am from our hotel with our lovely taxi driver (which by the way, picked us up at the Airport on Sunday). He took us to a small clinic where I had my blood test then dropped us back to the hotel just in time for breakfast :-) Do make sure to eat something before going to the surgery later on. We then got picked up again at 10am to head over to the clinic where we were welcomed by the clinic manager and and Dr. Maciej Borejsza. Dr M. Borejsza took us through to his office and went through the whole procedure and told us all the risks. To be honest, after telling us all of this, I really had to take 5 minutes and spoke to my partner and I was very close to not go ahead with it all. Got really scared but I think is because he told us the worse possible effects that might happen. After about 10 minutes of deliberation, I decided to go ahead with it and was the best decision I’ve ever made. Have to say that Dr Borejsza really took his time explaining the whole procedure and was able to ask everything I needed to know. He took me to the theatre room and got prep by 2 nurses. I am not gonna lie, it hurts like hell for the first 5 minutes. Not sure how to describe the pain as it's not even like a needle feeling. But once you got through it, you can't feel a thing. It goes on for about 4 hours but goes relatively quick as they give
you some kind of valium to relax. Then you have a lunch break for about 20 Minutes. Then, you head back to the theatre room and once again, you have to endure about 5 minutes of hell but after that, you're fine. Then it goes on for about 5 hours. It does seems to last forever this time round though. I've read a review somehwere and said that you can wear your earphone along with your smartphone or tablet but you can't! Just be prepared. Once it's all done, the nurse do your bandage and off you go back to your hotel. Your head will most definitely swollen and gets pretty extreme. Just ensure that you ask for ice cubes as soon as you get back to your hotel and put it in a towel then onto your face. Do this all night and you should be okay in the morning. Try to bring some antihistamines from back home just to take in that evening as it helps a LOT with the swollen face. Take it every 4 hours. By the way, you are not gonna have much sleep on the first night if none at all. As our flights was booked very late in the evening the following day, we went back to have my bandage changed in the morning and also picked up our medication (quick word of advise, they only accept local currency or debit/credit card at the pharmacy so no Euros but it is worth getting all of the medication as it is MUCH cheaper than back in the UK, you pay around zl449 which is about £88, this would cost you around £400 back home so definitely worse buying) then head back to the airport. On the day of the surgery, make sure to wear a shirt and a Zip hoodie as it is very hard to put anything over your head. You can put your hoodie up on your return flight, this won't damage the grafts and do buy a XXL hoody from Primark or somewhere so it is very loose. Overall, extremely happy with Qunomedicall and also with Dr Maciej borejsza who has been more than helpful and can ask any questions you might have before and after the surgery not mater how silly it might be. [...] Forgot to say. Do ensure you check a bag in as if you do get the prescription, which I highly recommend, there're a lot of pills and liquid that you won't be able to take if you have Cabin luggage only. Bear this in mind!

Just to sum everything up Junomedial were 5 Stars. Probably one of the best decisions of my life!!
First of all I want to say how great Shaz at Qunomedical was and that I probably would never went ahead with the procedure if only for his patience and all his help!! Absolutely excellent service and prompt response to every question!! I decided to go to MD MEDMIX hair clinic [former workplace of Dr. Borejsza] in Poland for my hair transplant. Probably one of the best decisions of my life!! First of all we arrived at night and we were met by a really really nice polish man with my name on a sign. [...] The next day I was picked up to get my bloods taken this was in a local clinic which is not where you will be getting your procedure done. The people again were very nice and excellent at there jobs, you have no pain what so ever!! The next day was the day I got my hair transplant!! I was pick up again on time as always and brought to the clinic. I first was met by the clinic manager, who was extremely nice and very helpful in every way. Then I met my doctor Dr. Maciej Borejsza which was again extremely nice and spoke an excellent English. I was supposed to get 2000 grafts which we changed after my consultation to 1500 grafts!! This consultation was the most informative and honest consultation you will ever get!! He goes through all the things that can go wrong, what you can expect to look like after the op and then achieve as an end result!! Even at this stage there was no obligation to go ahead with the procedure I could pull out if I wanted. The Doctor had highlighted this to me and he also adjusted the cost of the procedure to allow for the 500 that were not put in!! Extremely honest and professional Doctor!! Now to the main part: the procedure!! It was LONG and boring but not as bad as you are thinking!! Yes there is pain but ONLY at the start with the first say 4 to 5 injections until the anesthetic wears in then it is literally no pain what so ever!! Read Eamon's blog his account of everything is very accurate. Only thing I would add is that you can swell up a good bit but this will reduce day by day. Bring a hoodie with a full zip and maybe a baseball cap for the journey home!! Also I stayed for 4 days after the procedure which
was great for my recovery!! Just to sum everything up again Junomedial were 5 Stars and I would of never of done it only for Shaz and for Dr Maciej and the clinic. I don't think there are enough Stars. I am Extremely happy with everything Top Class Service!!

I had interviews in two clinics and the one in Dr. Borejsza’s MD MEDMIX facility convinced me.
I had interviews in two clinics and the one in Dr. Borejsza’s MD MEDMIX [former workplace of Dr. Maciej Borejsza] facility convinced me. This conversation was better as it made me aware what the transplant is all about. The price wasn’t without the significance either - it was lower in the clinic. Now, after the procedure I can say that the doctor and his employees’ knowledge and competences are very high. The atmosphere was good and that’s how I felt. They gave me all the necessary information via the internet and during the talk with the Doctor. I don’t have any critical remarks about the procedure. I am pleased and I can’t think of anything I would have altered.

Steady hand, self-control, concentration on the work and keeping the time to see that the transplants are separated from the skin for the shortest time possible are only a few of the clinic’s assets.
I think the knowledge and professionalism of the doctor and staff are very high. The patent care was very good and I received comprehensive information about the procedure and post-operation treatment. I can’t see any drawbacks. Simply put, the initial interview, my stay in the clinic and the procedure itself were carried out in fine atmosphere, which was partly due to the high qualifications and huge experience of the staff. Dr. M. Borejsza anaesthetizes the donor and recipient sites with great precision and efficiency. My knowledge and experiences from other clinics allow me to say that he is very good at it. What is more important, the staff takes care of the patient even after the procedure, which is crucial in the first days after the transplant. The staff looks after the patient and makes them feel well. It is noteworthy, that as part of aftercare, Dr. Borejsza gives his orders in a written form. [...] The accurate diagnosis of skin problems and experience improve the conditions for carrying out the transplant. Steady hand, self-control, concentration on the work and keeping the time to see that the transplants are separated from the skin for the shortest time possible are only a few of the clinic’s assets.

The staff, the range and quality of service really deserve my gratitude!
I was able to get in touch with the Dr. M. Borejsza preivously. This was very informative and communicative. After having set the date of the procedure and arrived do the Lesser Poland Region I was transported from the Balice Airport to the clinic. Friendly atmosphere, detailed answers, [...] along with the constant contact made me feel most important and therefore safe and good. This is undoubtedly one of the clinic’s assets. The thorough analysis of all possible contraindications, based on the additional blood-tests also accounts for professionalism. The transplant procedure was long but did not hurt!! Afterwards I was equipped with all necessary materials [...], friendly staff - there is really nothing to complain about!! I have never experienced anything like it especially in a private health care center. To sum up, based on my experience with the MD MEDMIX [former workplace of Dr. Maciej Borejsza] clinic, there’s nothing to be afraid and I don’t regret anything. I strongly recommend it to those who still hesitate which clinic they should choose. The clinic is a trustworthy and professional facility devoted to the patient’s feeling of comfort.
