The staff treated me well and were very accommodating helping as much as possible. Rosie definitely made me feel like she really cared about how I was feeling following the surgery (and before) she is definitely a credit to the team.

There was a slight hickup at airport but I spoke with Rosie and she helped me as she had done all the way. The staff treated me well and were very accommodating helping as much as possible. Nach der Operation war der Umgang super. Nachsorge war auch jederzeit Optimal. Das ganze Konzept ist großartig.

Durch ein Kommunikationsproblem, wurde ich leider nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt und musste ein Taxi nutzen, jedoch wurde dieses aus Kulanz auch übernommen. Der Transfer wurde dennoch dann eingehalten nur von der Unterkunft zum Flughafen. Das ist wirklich sehr Positiv. Personal im Krankenhaus, war sehr freundlich und nett, alle Räume und Behandlungszimmer waren sehr sauber, schon fast Steril. Angenehme Atmosphäre allgemein. Nach der Operation war der Umgang super. Nachsorge war auch jederzeit Optimal. Das ganze Konzept ist großartig. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, was man besser machen könnte. Großes Lob an das Team.

I went from Wales to the Iscare clinic November 1st had the pre op on November 2nd 7.30 am had my upper eye lift and lower eye procedure came home November 3rd. I stayed on the “Rohan Boat“ which is a 6 minute walk to the hospital, the clinic is immaculate!! Professional!! Dr. Vatlak did my procedure amazing! The Rohan boat is immaculate! So clean! The staff are really helpful in the hospital and on the Boat! I bought eye masks and gave them to the staff on the boat who kept cooling them in the fridge for me.. The only thing I can say is you must rest after the operation! I’m home now recovering will keep you all updated!!

I came here for an uplift and breast implants in July.. The work Dr Alexander Vatlak performed was amazing, the care I received second to none and excellent communication with the clinic.. I'm definitely coming back at a later date for more work!!..thumps up from me

I came here for sleeve gastrectomy. From my first step into the hospital up to my discharge day all doctors and nurses were extremely professional. Really recommend this hospital. For the result of my surgery I will write back after six months. Many thanks ISCARE
