Hirslanden Klinik Im Park is a 129-bed high level private hospital located near Lake Zurich in Zurich, Switzerland. It is one of Switzerland's leading hospitals, performing over 7,600 procedures annually in its eight operating rooms. The superbly fitted hybrid operating room, opened in November 2014, is fitted with highly accurate imaging devices that allow for precise, minimally invasive surgical procedures and maximize patient safety. Hirslanden Klinik Im Park offers a wide range of medical services with many of the hospital's 280 doctors working in an interdisciplinary setting to maximize patient care. State-of-the-art medical care is available in specialized institutes within the hospital that include centres for heart and vascular medicine, abdominal medicine, respiratory medicine, urology, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology and various concentrations in orthopaedics and rheumatology. The mother and baby unit, completely refurbished in 2012, has has two birthing rooms, a birthing chair and a pool for water births and a theatre for caesarean sections integrated directly into the unit. More than 600 births occur here each year. A dialysis unit with 12 stations serves patients on an outpatient basis. A new emergency unit, opened in May 2016, features a room for minor procedures and an endoscopy room.
